Hash Brown Casserole With Sour Cream

Ingredients
  • 2 pound package frozen cubed hash browns
  • 16 ounce carton sour cream full fat is best
  • 1 can cream of celery cream of chicken works, too
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Ritz cracker crumbs eat the rest of the box yourself, it’s a sacrifice but I believe in you!

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350.
In large bowl, combine all ingredients except the cracker crumbs. Stir well until combined.
Spoon into greased 9x13 casserole dish. Sprinkle cracker crumbs evenly over the top.
