HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE-IV
INGREDIENTS
- 2 lb. pkg. frozen hash brown, thawed
- 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 8 oz. carton sour cream
- 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 c. cornflakes
- Garlic salt, to taste (opt.)
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine potatoes, 1 stick melted butter, onions, soup, sour cream and cheese, stir well. Spoon into greased 2 1/2 quart casserole. Crush cereal and stir in 1/2 stick melted butter. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Garnish with parsley if desired. Enjoy it !
